What the diagnostic is
A free workflow simulation for South African businesses. You pick an industry pack, answer practical questions about channel load, booking flow, follow-up handling, and admin burden, and receive a scored view of where time and money are leaking every month — plus guidance on what to automate or agentise first.
It takes minutes rather than a discovery workshop, and it produces numbers you can argue with, which is the point.
Why measurement has to come first
AI projects fail in a consistent pattern: they start from a capability rather than a cost. Someone sees a demo, the organisation gets excited, a pilot is built, and six months later nobody can say whether it worked because nobody wrote down what "working" would look like.
The diagnostic inverts that. Before any conversation about agents or chatbots, it forces answers to the questions that determine whether a project is worth doing at all:
- How many enquiries actually arrive, through which channels, at which times?
- How long does each one take a person to handle, end to end?
- Where do things fail — dropped after hours, lost in a spreadsheet, waiting on one person?

What to do with the result
The report ranks leaks by cost, and the instinct is to attack the largest one. That is often wrong for a first project.
A better first target is the leak that scores high on cost and low on integration complexity. A high-value leak that requires touching four legacy systems will take months and may not survive the organisational friction.
